The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) <br /> and the Department of Public Works. A "will serve" <br /> letter shall be required from the California Water <br /> Service Company. <br /> j . The project shall be served by a public sewer collection <br /> system constructed in conformance with the requirements <br /> of San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (Environmental Health Division) , the Department of Public <br /> Works, and the City of Stockton. A "will serve" letter <br /> shall be required from the City of Stockton. <br /> k. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> County standards for the purpose of determining the R- <br /> Value for the design of the roads. <br /> p. All utilities shall be underground except power <br /> transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. Public <br /> utility easements shall be provided along the road <br /> frontage of the subdivision and as required by the public <br /> utility companies. <br /> q. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> for the County--provided utility services in an amount <br /> equal to the estimated fees for the period from the time <br /> the improvements are accepted until the effective date of <br /> E assessment on the tax roll.
