• 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Leaking Underground <br /> Storage Tanks lists dated July 26, 2016, for facilities of concern within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. The following facilities were identified within the search <br /> radius: <br /> • 6111 E. Dougherty Rd., Golden State Gardens, Hazardous Materials list. <br /> This facility is located adjacent to the west of the Site. It is listed as an <br /> inactive facility. Live Oak requested to review records on file at the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for this facility; no <br /> records were identified. <br /> • 20400 N. Kennefick, Ag Ray, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste, <br /> Underground Storage Tanks lists. Based on mapping by the San Joaquin <br /> County Haz Mat Viewer, the building cluster at this facility is located over <br /> 600 feet northwest of the Site. Live Oak reviewed records provided by <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. According to <br /> these records, a 3,000-gallon underground gasoline tank, a 1,000-gallon <br /> underground gasoline tank, a 1,000-gallon underground diesel tank, a <br /> 260-gallon underground gasoline tank, and a 120-gallon underground <br /> • gasoline tank were removed from this facility in 1990. No contamination <br /> was noted. Because of the lack of identified contamination and the <br /> distance from the structures to the Site, no impact is anticipated. <br /> • 20021 Kennefick, Satoro Sasaki, Underground Storage Tanks list. This <br /> facility is located almost one-quarter mile west of the Site, across Kenefick <br /> Road. Live Oak reviewed records on file at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department for this facility. According to these <br /> records, a 550-gallon underground gasoline tank, 350-gallon underground <br /> gasoline tank, and 350-gallon underground diesel tank were removed from <br /> this facility in 1991. At the time, the Environmental Health Division issued <br /> a "no further action" letter. Based on its status and distance from the Site, <br /> this facility is not anticipated to have impacted the subject Site. <br /> • 5950 E. Woodbridge, Robert Mondavi, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous <br /> Waste Generators, Underground Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage <br /> Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks lists. <br /> Although this facility is located slightly beyond one-quarter mile southwest <br /> of the Site, it is discussed here because of the size of the facility. Live <br /> Oak reviewed records provided by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. According to these files, it appears that an 8,000- <br /> gallon diesel tank and a 250-gallon gasoline tank were removed from the <br /> facility in 1986; at that time, the Environmental Health Division issued a <br /> "no further action" letter based on analytical testing results provided. <br /> • However, a 2006 complaint investigation form indicated that five people <br /> from a concrete company became sick while removing and replacing a <br /> LOGE 1720 6 <br />
