(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: Harvest Bible Church APN: 092-040-06 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Eight Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 134 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS; <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17, prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The driveway shall be no more that forty feet in width. The parcel shall be restricted to <br /> one temporary driveway along the frontage of Eight Mile Road. No additional access <br /> points shall be allowed onto Eight Mile Road. (Eight Mile Road Specific Road Plan). <br />
