The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> a) A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes <br /> and ordinances. <br /> b) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of Appendix III-A <br /> and III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> c) Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code <br /> and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building <br /> Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> d) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> e) This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br /> Surveyor's Office will file the map for record.
