I -3- A. Phase 1: A minimum of 32 automotive parking spaces shall be provided as part of phase one, including 2 accessible spaces, one of which must be van accessible. B. Phase II: The remainder of 70 automotive spaces shall be provided as part of phase two, including 3 additional accessible spaces. 3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) i g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: 1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be installed across the frontage of the project site, and shall be completed during phase two. 2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas,or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. 3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Twenty trees shall be planted (six during phase one and 14 during phase two), evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) 4) Landscape plans, prepared by a Landscape Architect, shall be submitted with the Site Plans. i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: 1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum.
