The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. State on revised plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area'will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][51). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> NOTE: The applicant shall uncover existing septic tanks and expose existing leach lines to verify <br /> that the leach lines are not being driven over or parked on (EHD). This shall be completed under a <br /> consultation permit and inspection with EHD. The fee for the consultation permit is$186.00. <br /> c. Submit three sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits. (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical❑ibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State <br /> approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> e. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by EHD. (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure the <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> 4. CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION(Staff Contact: Dan Brewer, 948-7142) <br /> a. The Caltrans Permit Office is not able to locate the Encroachment Permit authorizing the existing <br /> access to the parcel. The owner needs to provide a copy of the Encroachment Permit or submit an <br /> application requesting approval for the driveway access. <br /> b. Any existing or proposed driveways accessing the State right-of-way must meet current State <br /> standards. <br /> c. Advertising signs within the immediate area outside the State right-of-way need to be cleared <br /> through the Caltrans Right-of-Way Division, Office of Outdoor Advertising. The project proponent <br /> must construct and maintain the advertising signs without access to the State Routes.
