State Route 88, Stockton �� <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required <br /> I by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of 5390.00 must be paid <br /> at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> i <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> r <br /> 3.
