i <br /> I <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20) feet long. Parallel stalls shall be nine (9) feet wide and twenty-six (26) feet long. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen(16)feet for one-way aisles. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways,approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10) foot wide planting <br /> strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. (Develo pme nt Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> i <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: .; <br /> (1) The property shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent residential-properties to the <br /> east. .Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Screening may consist of a solid <br /> fence,wall,berm, plant materials,or a combination of these. <br /> i. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: j <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20)feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. <br /> 2.
