In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies , which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone(415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks. The official flood imaps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is'completed. <br /> Fremont Street has an a existing variable right-of-way width of feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of the same. I <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachent pe <br /> mrmit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The frontage improvements for Fremont Street shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the standards for,one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way City of Stockton Street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a <br /> copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. <br /> l <br />
