BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details (including gates), on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a group care facility with a farming emphasis (Group Care- <br /> Farm Related) as shown on the Site Plan dated May 23, 2003. This project will be phased and <br /> includes the following: <br /> J (1) Phase I (to begin immediately): <br /> A. One 7,256 square foot administration building. <br /> B. One 9,256 square foot group care facility with a maximum of fifty(50) beds. <br /> C. One 9,000 square foot agriculturaltvocational training building. <br /> D. One 400 square foot well/maintenance building. <br /> (2) Phase II (permits to be issued within 5 years from the date of approval) <br /> A. One 8,500 square foot clinic for healthcare services. <br /> B. One 9,500 square foot social services building. <br /> C. One 3,500 square foot group care facility. <br /> D. One 4,500 square foot transition facility(sleeping quarters only). <br /> E. One 2,025 square foot dual diagnosis facility for medicalldrug and alcohol treatment <br /> analysis. <br /> F.
