v <br /> PHASE <br /> Phase I (to begin immediately) will include the construction of the following: <br /> o Building 1: 7,256 square foot administration building for offices, reception <br /> area, conference rooms, kitchen, media room, meeting and eating hall, storage, <br /> and restrooms. <br /> o Building 4: 9,256 square foot men's group care facility providing 50 beds. <br /> o Building 7: 9,000 square foot agricultural/vocational training building. <br /> o Building 8: 400 square foot well/maintenance building. <br /> PHASE II <br /> Phase II (to begin within 2 years from the date of approval) will include the <br /> construction of the following: <br /> o Building 2: 8,500 square foot clinic for healthcare services. <br /> o Building 3: 9,500 square foot social services building that will provide services <br /> such as filing paperwork (i.e. taxes, health insurance, dental insurance etc.) and <br /> job placement. <br /> o Building 5: 3,500 square foot women's group care facility (number of beds to <br /> be determined). <br /> o Building 6: 4,500 square foot transition facility (sleeping quarters only). <br /> o Building 9: 2,025 square foot dual diagnosis facility for medical/drug and <br /> alcohol treatment analysis. <br /> o Building 10: 14,800 square foot building for future group care facility (number <br /> of beds to be determined). <br /> Note: The combined number of beds for Phase 11 shall not exceed a combined total <br /> of thirty-four(34). <br /> The healthcare services shall be available for residents of the group care facility and <br /> shall not be available to the general public. The applicant needs to provide detailed <br /> information regarding the type of activities for which Building 10 will be used. If the <br /> applicant is unsure of the future use, the building should not be included in the project <br /> description. <br /> AGRICULTURAL JOB TRAINING <br /> o The rehabilitation process includes providing job training and job placement in <br /> the agricultural community. Specifically, the skills learned through the program <br /> include planting, pruning, fertilizing, harvesting, irrigation techniques and <br /> equipment operation and maintenance. <br /> 2 <br />
