There presently is technology out there in oxygenation and enzyme <br /> treatment which could drastically reduce odors , but no help or <br /> enforcement has resulted in all of my efforts to contact governmental <br /> agencies. <br /> There is NO EFFECTIVE REPS DY for citizens to address odors <br /> caused by plants such as Stagno' s, so there should not be governmental <br /> approval from your agency which will add to, or enlarge the problem. <br /> You contribute to the problem, and offer no solution. This is a <br /> denial of citizen' s equal protection under the law, and denial of <br /> resonable expectations of quiet enjoyment of our homes and property. <br /> 2 . Blight. <br /> Inspection of various photographs on the following pages will show <br /> that Stagno has blighted the area with unsightly storage of junk <br /> and various materials. Loose animals run on the unfenced property. <br /> Poor quality work has been done to put a metal veneer over old <br /> chicken houses .
