(5) Stripe and sign the west entrance access to indicate the following movements are allowed: <br /> (i.) Right in. <br /> (ii.) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, <br /> prior to release of building permit. The Waste Discharge Identification (WDID) Number <br /> issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file.
