Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Mitigation Monitoring Program <br /> s The following electricity mitigation measures from the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I <br /> Mitigation Monitoring Program are applicable to the proposed project. <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4.4-1. Construction plans shall be submitted to PG&E and other easement owners for <br /> review prior to construction in applicable specific plan areas. In particular,the construction plans should <br /> identify proposed land uses in utility easements,and procedures for movement of heavy machinery over <br /> pipelines installed in non-roadway areas which may not be designed to withstand forces exerted by heavy <br /> loads. <br /> College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan 1112004 <br /> The following contains measures or standards from the College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III <br /> applicable to electricity. <br /> Implementation Measure 8.2.3(j). MHCSD Energy Conservation Plan: All implementing projects shall <br /> comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD Energy Conservation Ordinance. <br /> _ Final Supplemental EIR for Delta College Center at Mountain House 2002 (Mitigation Measures) <br /> �. The following electricity mitigation measures from the Final Supplemental EIR for Delta College Center at <br /> Mountain House are applicable to the proposed project. <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4-6a.The project applicant shall create Design Guidelines for energy conservation <br /> that shall be approved by the Mountain House CSD. These design guidelines shall address solar access for <br /> individual buildings, street and parking lot plantings,building design for energy conservation and pedestrian <br /> connections. <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4-61b. At the time of the Specific Plan, the District shall prepare a Circulation Plan that <br /> addresses bicycle and pedestrian connections within the site and with the adjoining neighborhood. This <br /> Circulation Plan shall be coordinated with the Mountain House TDM program and Transit Service Plan as <br /> well as the County Transit Service Management Program to address proposed transit and carpool systems that <br /> could serve the site to reduce dependency on the private automobile. <br /> Mitigation Measure 4.4-6c.The Site Plan shall be redesigned to identify more extensive landscaping <br /> throughout the site to reduce solar heat gain. <br /> Mountain House Community Services District Design Manual 2002 <br /> There are no measures or standards identified in the Mountain House Community Services District Design <br /> Manual applicable to electricity. <br /> Significant Impacts Identified in the 1994 Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan I Final <br /> EIR <br /> The 1994 MHMP EIR does not identify any significant impacts related to electricity. <br /> NATURAL GAS <br /> San Joaquin General Plan 2010 <br /> There are no policies identified in the San Joaquin General Plan 2010 applicable to natural gas. <br /> College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III Draft EIR EDAW <br /> San Joaquin County 4.5-29 Public Utilities <br />
