An agreement shall be formulated between the Native American representative,the <br /> archaeologist, San Joaquin County, and the developer with regard to the proper treatment and disposition of <br /> human remains and associated artifacts. <br /> ► Implementation Measure 7.4.3(e).If any unknown or unrecorded historical,archaeological or paleontogical <br /> resources are encountered during construction,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> (SJCCDD) shall be contacted immediately by the contractor and landowner.All construction shall be halted <br /> immediately in the vicinity of the finding and a qualified archeologist or paleontologist consulted for an onsite <br /> evaluation.
