Periodic breaks in the continuous landscaping plans for north—south Arterials and other roadways should be <br /> identified to maximize views toward Mount Diablo and the foothills. <br /> Implementation Measure 4.2.23(1).Tentative Maps for individual parcels shall emphasize pedestrian and <br /> bicycle connections within the neighborhood,between adjacent residential areas and public facilities. <br /> ► Implementation Measure 4.2.2.3(k). Specific roadway,pedestrian and bicycle connection design elements <br /> shall be incorporated into tentative map or other development permit design as specified in Chapter 9, and the <br /> Development Title. <br /> ► Implementation Measure 4.233 <br /> 1. South/Freeway Edge Treatment <br /> I-205 Edge at Limited Industrial <br /> The buffer area adjacent to the limited industrial uses shall occur within the development area and shall <br /> include the following: <br /> EDAW College Park at Mountain House Spacgic Plan III Draft EIR <br /> Visual Quality 4.14-12 San Joaquin County <br />
