Assessments for asbestos and lead-based paint <br /> were unnecessary because the property is vacant land with no existing structures or history of <br /> structures. <br /> L FINDINGS <br /> LSite Description <br /> LThe subject property is located in San Joaquin County, California. The property lies within a <br /> predominantly agricultural area south of Grant Line Road. The irregular-shaped property <br /> consists of approximately 172-acres of agricultural land and has San Joaquin County Assessor's <br /> Parcel Numbers 209-060-011 and 209-080-002. A field reconnaissance was conducted by <br /> I Jeffrey L. Gubac on October 31, 2005. <br /> L <br /> The property consists of fallow land. No new structures have been added to the subject property <br /> Lsince the June 2003 ESA. The irrigation water ditch, described in the previous ESA contained no <br /> water at the time of the updated field reconnaissance. WKA observed no surficial staining, <br /> Lodoriferous soils or stressed vegetation on the subject property on the date of the new field <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> LThe subject property contains one groundwater monitoring well installed on September 12,2005 <br /> under SJCEHD service request number 0043858. The well was installed to a depth of 30 feet <br /> below ground surface to obtain groundwater parameter monitoring data to support the design of a <br /> proposed stormwater detention basin. <br /> L <br /> The subject property continues to contain no obvious evidence of ASTs, USTs, UST fueling <br /> islands, fill ports, oil/water separators, water supply wells, dry cleaning facilities, steam cleaners, <br /> steam cleaning wash pads, drainage inlets, hydraulic lifts, sumps, oil/water separators, old <br /> L <br /> INK <br /> WALLACE•KUHL <br /> E,ASSOCIATES INC. <br />
