Windshield Survey ` The property is bounded to the north by an unlined ditch, agricultural land and rural residences. Agricultural land and rural residences bound the property to the east. Interstate 205 bounds the Lproperty to the south. Fallow land bounds the property to the west. No bulk hazardous materials storage or distribution facilities were observed in the property neighborhood. No substantial hazardous air emissions from stationary sources were observed on or near the property. 6. It should be noted that during the windshield survey, WKA observed an exposed section of a buried L liquid petroleum pipeline just east of the eastern boundary of the subject property. The pipeline also travels beneath the subject property. No files were encountered regarding the pipeline during the agency file review. Owner Interview An updated telephone interview with Mr. Chuck Tuso, current property owner of the subject L property, was conducted on October 31, 2005. Mr. Tuso informed WKA that no changes have occurred to the subject property since the previous ESA. Mr. Tuso also explained that no new Lagricultural practices have taken place on the subject property since 2003. LPrevious Environmental Work A Phase I ESA, dated June 3, 2003,was completed by WKA for the subject property. The June L2003 ESA did not identify any environmental encumbrances for the subject property. Agency Record Review 6. Databases obtained by Environmental Data Resources, Inc.
