.6. u February 1 S,2005 NOA Project Number: E04145A I L8 Pacific Gas&Electric L Mr. Eric Nolan of PG&E has stated that he needs an exact address or the serial number from the Ltransformer in order to check the PG&E database for transformer data (personal communication, August 13, 2004). 4 Ms. Linda Harkins of Stockton PG&E has stated that the only way to determine the PCB content of 6. transformers without blue PCB-free or silver retrofit stickers is to have them tested, a service which PG&E will provide for a charge (personal communication,March 5, 2004). 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were 6. identified from past uses of the site, except for the following: • Agricultural chemicals, including cyfluthrin, paraquat dichloride, methomyl, chlorpyrifos, permethrin,and lambda-cyhalothrin,have been applied to the subject property within the past five years. 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from L• current uses of the site, except for the following: • Three old,rusred.pole mounted-transformers are located along the northeastern property line.
