.� Rubino/Schmidt Property Page 3 of 13 <br /> Our Project Number: E07215A <br /> January 10, 2008 <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1940, 1952, 1963, 1975, and 1983 <br /> were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.4 Two <br /> additional photos, dated 1998 and 2002, were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. s <br /> In the 1940 photo, the property appears to be an open field. Structures are apparent along the <br /> western property line near the southwest corner of the property. The adjacent property to the <br /> west is used for agricultural purposes with a residence. Properties to the north, south and east <br /> of the subject property appear to be open fields. Lower Sacramento Road can be seen <br /> southwest of the property. <br /> In the 1952 photo, the property appears to be used for agricultural purposes. Structures are <br /> still apparent along the western property line. The surrounding properties to the north, south, <br /> east and west of the property appear to be used for agricultural purposes. A structure is <br /> evident on the adjacent property to the south. <br /> In the 1963 photo, the subject property and surrounding properties continue to be used for <br /> agriculture. <br /> In the 1975 photo, the property appears to be open land; however, the surrounding properties <br /> appear similar to previous years. <br /> In the 1983 photo, the property and surrounding properties appear similar to the previous <br /> _ photo with the exception of the addition of two warehouses located on the adjacent property to <br /> the south and the removal of the structures that were located along the western property line <br /> of the subject property. <br /> In the 1998 photo, two warehouses are apparent on the southeast portion of the property. An <br /> additional two warehouses have been constructed on the adjacent property to the southeast of <br /> the property. The surrounding land appears to be used for agriculture; however, the adjacent <br /> property at the northwest corner of the subject property appears to be a golf course. <br /> In the 2002 photo, the property appears to be an open field with two warehouses. The <br /> ` adjacent properties to the north and east also appear to be open fields. The adjacent <br /> properties to the south and south east remain similar to the previous photo. The adjacent <br /> property to the west appears to be used for agriculture. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report.
