Rubino/Schmidt Property Page 5 of 13 <br /> Our Project Number: E07215A <br /> January 10, 2008 <br /> 3.1.1 Reaional Water Quality Control Board <br /> NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list (October 2007), the Water <br /> Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE(October 2007), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and <br /> Cleanups (SLIC) list (1st Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB)6 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that <br /> agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment <br /> on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject <br /> property was not listed on any of these databases. One address for Alpine Packing Co., 9900 <br /> Lower Sacramento Road, Stockton, CA 95210 was found on the LUST database within one- <br /> quarter mile of the subject property. According to the Geotracker7 website, this case was listed f <br /> as closed. <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Diane Martinez8 of the EHD, one file was available for the subject property address <br /> of 678 West Grider Way. The file for Rick's Auto Repair located at 678 Grider Way, #C was i <br /> reviewed at the EHD on December 27, 2007. The file contained OES hazardous waste <br /> generator invoices and inspection reports. No violations were noted in this file. <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LDP <br /> Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on December 27, 2007. Two listed sites were <br /> found within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> The address of 9925 Lower Sacramento Road located adjacent to the west of the subject 1) <br /> property was found on the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list and reviewed at the EHD on December 27, <br /> 2007. This file contained a PEA report for Podesta Elementary School. Lead and chlordane <br /> were found in the soil on the property. The areas of impacted soil appeared to be confined to <br /> the vicinity of a former residence on this property. A removal action took place on the site. <br /> The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) ENVIROSTOR website9 was searched for <br /> further information regarding contamination. According to the DTSC website, the case is listed <br /> as active. However, based upon the location and removal of the impacted soil, it does not <br /> appear that this site will impact the subject property. <br /> The address of 9900 Lower Sacramento Road was located on both the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list <br /> and the Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List.
