According to DOGGR, the property is located within the Harte Gas Field. No active wells are depicted ? i within one-quarter mile of the subject property. However, five plugged and abandoned - dry hole wells and four plugged and abandoned — gas wells appear to be located within one-quarter I ) mile of the subject property. 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on January 2, 2008 by Tamara Woods and Abigail Racco. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. Observations made during the site visit are summarized in the following table: Summary of Site Visit Observations Site Visit Observations Subject Property Current Use of Property The property consists of three addresses; 674, 678 and 681. The address of 678 was posted on the western most warehouse occupied by the Pacific Seafood Gourmet Club (Suite A) and Rick's Auto Repair (Suite Q. All Star Batters Box located at 681 Grider Way appeared vacant. A sign on the door indicated the business had moved to a new location. Several areas of dumping were found on the property. The piles appeared to contain primarily household and construction debris. Several mounds of fill soil are located near the northwest portion of the property. The address of 674 was not observed on the property. Two pipes were observed near the center of the property. The purpose of the pipes was not immediately apparent. A well is located on the property near the southwest corner. An open pipe was observed a few feet west of the well. Evidence of Past Uses of A domestic well from the former structure was observed on the Property? southwest side of the property.
