Approximately thirty-five tires are located on the property. Several areas of fill dirt have been identified on the property. Trash and debris piles have been identified on the property. A transformer is located on the property west of the commercial warehouse at 678 Grider Way. r a Two pipes were observed near the center of the subject property. Their function is unknown. 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination No above- or below-ground off-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from past uses of the surrounding properties, except for the following: Surrounding properties have been used for agriculture in the past; agricultural chemicals may have been applied to these properties. The adjacent property to the west located at 9925 Lower Sacramento Road tested positively for lead and chlordane.
