UP-90-7 <br /> In addition, all mitigation measures should be implemented <br /> as conditions of approval for the project with significant <br /> adverse air quality impacts unless findings or not <br /> feasible, specific to each mitigation measure, are made <br /> which can be logically supported by evidences in the <br /> public record (CEQA Guidelines Section 15091 (a) ( 3 ) . <br /> It is recommended that the mitigation measures found <br /> feasible, be implemented in the order in which they are <br /> listed in this letter until the impacts have been <br /> mitigated to below the significance threshold. <br /> Projects may propose other- !mitigation measures not <br /> included in this letter.
