COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-91-8/ZR-91-6 <br /> 6. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br /> for the subdivision . Capacity of the existing drainage <br /> system shall be verified by the Engineer . The 10 ' drainage <br /> easement shall be shown on the Improvement Plans and Final <br /> Map. <br /> 7 . The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works . A "Will Serve" letter from <br /> California Water Service Company shall be required . <br /> B. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works . The County shall verify that the appropriate Right <br /> of Service Units (R.O.S .U . ) for sanitary sewer have been paid <br /> for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Final <br /> Map. Segregation of services and fees for the sanitary sewer <br /> assessment shall be applied for . <br /> 9 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 ,627 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> 10. This subdivision is approved for recording as a single unit, <br /> phasing is not approved. <br /> 11 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads . <br /> 12 . All utilities shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of a 35 KV or greater . Public utility easements <br /> shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision <br /> and as required by the public utility companies . <br /> 2 <br />
