The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the California <br /> Building Code, Appendix, Chapter 33, Section 3309, with complete drainage details and <br /> elevations of adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Sections 3309.3 and 3309.4 for <br /> "Engineered Grading Requirements." Grading that disturbs more than one acre will be require a <br /> National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. <br /> e. Water meters shall be installed on all water services.
