Household trash and debris,including a television and an air conditioning unit, <br /> were observed in Mormon Slough to the immediate south of the property. <br /> L No transformers were observed on or immediately adjacent to the subject property. Five <br /> transformers were observed within 250 feet of the subject property;all appeared free of leaks and <br /> L relatively new. <br /> Mr.Zeiter was interviewed on May 13,2004 regarding the tall grasses on the property. He stated <br /> that there had been a grass fire on the property and that, in response, he had had the entire <br /> property tilled. A second visual reconnaissance of the property was conducted on May 17,2004. -0 <br /> No soil stains or other contamination were observed in the newly tilled soil. <br /> 6. <br /> 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No potential above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> • Several structures existed in the northern portion of the property between 1937 and 1975. <br /> No records or evidence of wells or septic systems were identified during the investigation, <br /> but it is possible that such infrastructure remains on the property. <br /> 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> L <br /> No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified <br /> from current uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> L <br /> • Minor amounts of trash and debris, including a chair, a car door, and a pile of <br /> Lconstruction debris, were observed on the property. <br /> 3.4 Past Off-Site Potential Sources of Contamination <br /> L <br /> No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified t3 , <br /> from past uses of surrounding properties. <br /> L <br /> L <br /> 11 <br /> L <br /> L <br />
