L L May 18, 2004 NOA Project Number: E04046A In the 1975 photo,the only structure apparent on the subject property is the mobile home. The growth of shrubs is no longer apparent. More residences have been constructed to the south of ��. the property. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from ` the 1963 photo. In the 1983 photo, the mobile home on the subject property is no longer apparent. New ` residences are visible to the west of the subject property. The subject property and its immediate 19 vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1975 photo. In the 1998 photo, dirt roads cross the subject property near its southern boundary. New residences have been constructed to the immediate east and northeast of the subject property. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1983 (2 �} 6. photo. In the 2002 photo,what appears to be a mobile home is again visible near the north of the subject 6, property. New structures are apparent to the east. The subject property and its immediate '� vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1998 photo. These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. I` 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps i The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, r. Stockton East, California,7.5 minute Series(topographic) quadrangle map. Maps available from NOA and Microsoft Terraserver were reviewed. The Stockton East quadrangle editions of 1952 and 1968 photorevised 1987 were available. In the 1952 map, one building is depicted in the northwest corner of the subject property. ,1 Guernsey Avenue and an urban area are depicted to the north of the subject property. Scattered ` buildings are depicted to the east and west of the property. Mormon Slough and numerous structures are depicted to the south. The subject property is depicted at an elevation of 25 to 30 feet above mean sea level. In the 1987 map, one building added during the photorevision is depicted along the northern 6. boundary of the subject property. The previous structure is no longer depicted. More structures are depicted to the east and west of the subject property. An urban area is depicted to the south of Mormon Slough. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1952 map. 4
