New <br /> ` residences are visible to the west of the subject property. The subject property and its immediate 19 <br /> vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1975 photo. <br /> In the 1998 photo, dirt roads cross the subject property near its southern boundary. New <br /> residences have been constructed to the immediate east and northeast of the subject property. <br /> The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1983 (2 �} <br /> 6. photo. <br /> In the 2002 photo,what appears to be a mobile home is again visible near the north of the subject <br /> 6, property. New structures are apparent to the east. The subject property and its immediate '� <br /> vicinity otherwise appear unchanged from the 1998 photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> I` 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> i The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> r. Stockton East, California,7.5 minute Series(topographic) quadrangle map. Maps available from <br /> NOA and Microsoft Terraserver were reviewed. The Stockton East quadrangle editions of 1952 <br /> and 1968 photorevised 1987 were available. <br /> In the 1952 map, one building is depicted in the northwest corner of the subject property. ,1 <br /> Guernsey Avenue and an urban area are depicted to the north of the subject property. Scattered <br /> ` buildings are depicted to the east and west of the property. Mormon Slough and numerous <br /> structures are depicted to the south. The subject property is depicted at an elevation of 25 to 30 <br /> feet above mean sea level. <br /> In the 1987 map, one building added during the photorevision is depicted along the northern <br /> 6. boundary of the subject property. The previous structure is no longer depicted. More structures <br /> are depicted to the east and west of the subject property. An urban area is depicted to the south <br /> of Mormon Slough.
