v <br /> r <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> d) Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed winery <br /> waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. That written acceptance shall <br /> be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit and/or <+: <br /> final occupancy approval. <br /> e) If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to <br /> an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$250 plan check fee is required at the <br /> time of submittal. <br /> f) If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> g) If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be . <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> h) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> j 4.
