The result of
the assessment shall be submitted to the CVRWQCB for determination of whether
agricultural drain discharge from land irrigated with reclaimed water would be regulated as a
point-source discharge under the NPDES program. The determination by the CVRWQCB
shall be provided in the reclamation plan. If it appears likely that the CVRWQCB would
regulate the agricultural drain discharge, then assurance that the discharge would be
allowed must be documented prior to approval of the reclamation plan
M4.4.2.3 a)Beneficial reuse of sewage sludge shall be implemented to the maximum extent possible Review of plan.
