Soil Suitability Study** APN: 207-290-10** Parcel 1=10.08 Acres,Parcel 2, 3 & 4=
14108 Henry Road, Oakdale CA, 95361 *** 10.00 Acres, 40.08 Acres Total
DPH3A and DPH4A were excavated to a 25' depth but then abandoned and excluded
from formal percolation testing by visual observation and hand molding. Both the
formally tested deep percolation test holes as well as the ones not tested formally are
shown on the attached"Percolation Test Hole Location Map".
The shallow and deep percolation test holes, SPH 3 &4 and DPH 3 & 4 were
presoaked on May 14, 2003 and percolation rates determined on May 15, 2003. Shallow
and deep percolation test holes, SPH I & 2 and DPH I & 2, were presoaked on May I5,
2003 and percolation rates determined on May 16, 2003.
TEST RESULTS: Minimum Usable
Parcel No. Test Hole 3' Deep Percolation 25' Max. The
San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation Map entitled"Lines Of Equal
Depth To Water Wells", dated Spring 1998,shows the water table to be in excess of sixty
(60) feet below the ground surface.
Well Water Analysis: There are no wells on the subject property so no well water was
sampled or tested for Dibromochloropropane (DBCP)and Nitrate(NO3) chemical
concentrations as a part of this Soil Suitability Study.
DBCP & Nitrate Concentrations& Underground Tanks Data
Maps entitled "DBCP and Nitrate—Land Use" available in the Environmental
Health Department's office were consulted and contained the following chemical
concentrations in the area of the subject property:
No DBCP samples were taken in the area of the subject property; so no
concentrations of this chemical have been determined in this area.
The subject property is in an area known to contain,<20 parts per million Nitrate
(NO3)concentration.
Gene Benedix, 30407 Grooms Road, Oakdale CA 95361 6
