May 25, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E0406 IA <br /> Page 3 <br /> 3.2 Site Septic and Septic Repair Permit History <br /> Files at EHD were reviewed on May 21, 2004 for new and repair permits for septic systems. <br /> Two permits were located for the Site: <br /> Table 1. <br /> On-Site Septic System Permit Summary. <br /> Address,Date Tank Capacity Lines,Length,Pits Comments <br /> 8849 S.Henry,9/25/89 3,000 gallons (4)80-ft leach lines and(4) New installation to three <br /> 36-in diameter by 25-ft deep mobile homes <br /> seepage pits <br /> V <br /> 8849 S.Henry, 5/15/03 (4)60-ft leach lines and(4)in diameter by 25-ft deep <br /> see a e its to re lace existin <br /> The second permit indicates that new leach lines were installed when a land split caused the <br /> original lines to be located on a separate lot from the structures. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption <br /> that each building cluster has one septic system.
