Parking lot lighting shall meet the following <br /> minimum standards: <br /> (a) The equivalent of one foot candle of <br /> illumination shall oe provided throughout the <br /> parking area. <br /> (b) All lighting shall be on a time clock or <br /> photo-sensor system. <br /> (c) All lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the property. <br /> f. Landscaping and Screening: <br /> 1. The east fence on the east side of building "g" on <br /> the site plan shall be relocated 180 feet to the <br /> west. <br /> 2 . On the east and west property lines, place a six- <br /> foot-high decorative wall or fence, in combination <br /> with vines and tree planters. <br />
