On the north and south property lines near <br /> buildings "e" "f" and "g" on the site plan place a <br /> six-foot-high decorative wall or fence, in <br /> combination with vines and tree planters. <br /> 4 . The following landscaping is required in the open <br /> auto employee parking areas: <br /> a. A minimum five percent of the area must be <br /> landscaped. <br /> b. One tree is required for each 10 parking <br /> stalls, or portion thereof. Trees must be <br /> selected from the County' s Approved Tree List. <br /> C. Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of five feet wide. A minimum 18-inch- <br /> wide paved strip shall be added to the <br /> adjacent parking stall to allow access to and <br /> from vehicles. <br /> 5. Details of the landscaping and irrigation plan <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Landscaping details shall include a key showing the <br /> size, type, number, and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings. Details of an automatic and timed <br /> sprinkler system, as well as any proposed manual <br /> watering system, shall be shown. All approved <br /> landscaping and sprinklers shall be in place prior <br /> to issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> 6. All roof-mounted mechanical equipment, tanks, <br /> ventilating fans, or similar equipment shall be <br /> visually screened from view from adjacent <br /> properties and public rights-of-way at grade. The <br /> screens shall be architecturally compatible with <br /> the building or structure on which they occur. <br /> g. Outdoor Storage: <br /> 1. For phase one, the following shall apply: <br /> Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than six <br /> feet.
