One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County departments. A Plan Check fee will be required. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMEM OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. All road improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public works. (Planning Title Section 9-9135) <br /> b. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fees currently are $222 . 33 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Office", $221.26 per 1, 000 gross square foot <br /> of building as "Retail Service" or "Service Commercial", <br /> and $88.89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" or "Manufacturing" . If there is no building <br /> permit required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall <br /> be automatically increased on January 1 of each year at <br /> the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 .5 percent shall <br /> be added to the fee upon payment for processing and <br /> administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br />
