e. Outdoor Storage <br /> 1. For phase one, the following shall apply: <br /> Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than six <br /> feet. No items stored outside shall be stacked more <br /> than two feet higher than the lowest required perimeter <br /> fence. (i.e. if the required six foot fencing is <br /> raised to eight feet, then the stored items may be <br /> stacked up to eight feet high in areas that are not <br /> within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential <br /> zone. <br /> 2 . No outdoor storage is allowed in phase two. <br /> f. Sound levels generated by the proposed use shall not exceed <br /> 65 db Ldn at the property lines bordering residential zoning <br /> or use. <br /> g. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan for phase one. Trash enclosures for each <br /> building of phase two shall also be provided and designated <br /> on the Improvement Plan for phase two. The enclosure(s) <br /> shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and <br /> constructed on three sides with a solid wall and gated on <br /> the fourth side. <br /> h. One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan must be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County departments.
