He indicated that one refers to the protection of oak trees and the other one to <br /> riparian habitat. <br /> Mr. Fisher discussed the cultural resources with the applicants. Mr. Fisher informed the <br /> applicants that the Community Development Department has a condition of approval, which <br /> requires the applicant to immediately stop work, if any artifacts are found, and hire a <br /> professional archaeologist to inspect the site. <br /> Fisher reviewed the drainage requirements. Mr. Fisher informed the applicant that a registered <br /> civil engineer or architect must prepare the drainage calculations. <br /> Mr. Darrow informed the applicants that the area of limitation is 1800' sq. ft. and 40' distant <br /> between buildings. Mr. Darrow indicated that a separation wall may be required. <br /> Mr. Lima asked if it would be okay to have a living fence.
