Hurd Road, French Camp <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; David Silva, owner and Steve Malcoun, attorney were present <br /> for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley presented the project. <br /> Mr. Malcoun indicated that he received a message from Mike Huggins of the Environmental <br /> Health Division stating that Environmental Health would delay the Phase II environmental study <br /> requirement pending the General Plan application outcome. Mr. Malcoun agreed to <br /> Environmental Health Division requirements. <br /> Mr. Malcoun indicated that he understands that the Community Development Department is <br /> saying that there are three inconsistencies with the General Plan polices,the location criteria,the <br /> wastewater treatment objective, and the community service issue. Mr. Malcoun believes that <br /> the use of the property should be taken into account because the property use is subject to a Site <br /> Approval,which is really going to control the use of this property. <br />
