Corrective Action Plan 4 <br /> Time Oil_Conjpaiiy Property No 04 049 14000 East Highway 88 Lockeford CA September 8, 1998 <br /> soil borings Three of the borings were completed as 4-inch diameter vapor extraction wells (W-1, <br /> W-2, and W-3) and three of the borings were completed as 2-inch diameter vapor-inlet wells (W-4, <br /> W-5, and W-6) Approximate locations of these borings and wells are shown on Figure 2 Results <br /> appeared to define the extent of soil contamination and indicated that petroleum hydrocarbons exist <br /> primarily in the area of the former tanks to a depth of 30 to 35 feet below ground surface (bgs) Soil <br /> data and well construction details from this assessment are provided in Tables 3 and 4, respectively <br /> Boring logs are provided in Appendix A <br /> In December 1993, an additional Site assessment was conducted by SECOR to verify the extent of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons in soil at the site This investigation involved drilling five soil borings, and <br /> construction of two vapor extraction/inlet wells (W-7, W-8) During this investigation unanticipated <br /> impacts were found to exist outside of the former tank bed Soil data and well construction details <br /> from this assessment are provided in Tables 3 and 4, respectively Boring logs are provided in <br /> Appendix A <br /> In December 1994, an additional Site assessment was conducted by SECOR to further evaluate the <br /> extent of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater at the site This investigation involved <br /> drilling five soil borings, and construction of four groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1 through <br /> MW-4) Soil data and well construction details from this assessment are provided in Tables 3 and <br /> 4 respectively Boring logs are provided in Appendix A <br /> In July 1996, an additional Site assessment was conducted by SECOR to further evaluate the extent <br /> of subsurface petroleum hydrocarbons on and off the Site This investigation involved drilling six <br /> soil borings, and construction of six groundwater monitoring wells (MW-5 through MW-10) Soil <br /> data and well construction details from this assessment are provided in Tables 3 and 4 respectively <br /> Boring logs are provided in Appendix A <br /> Time OiRLockeford\CAP wpd <br />
