d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply,,rith the following: (1) ,'JI storage areas --mall La a.l vriCn an aggr (2) All parking areas and driveways shall be paved. (3) A minimum of 154 parking spaces shall be provided of which 85 spaces will be used for truck parking, and seven (7) accessible space of which two (2) shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9)feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) (5) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(71/2) feet wide and sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) (6) Tipping Area lanes shall be paved and have a minimum width of ten (10) feet wide and twenty (20) feet long. f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.
