PA-1100168 OF KAPINIARIS <br /> C VINEYARDS (CIO DELTA BUILDINGS, INC.1 for a large sized winery <br /> �j- rl`A�uAJ with a production capacity of 150,000 gallons of wine per year to be built <br /> U <br /> n four phases over a fifteen year period (Use Type: Winedes and Wine <br /> Cellars—Winery, Large). Phase One includes the construction of a 6,000 <br /> square foot production and case storage building, a 2,000 square foot <br /> covered patio, a 1,800 square foot stage, and a 4,800 square foot wine <br /> tasting building with a commercial kitchen. Phase Two includes the <br /> construction of a 6,000 square foot multipurpose building, including a <br /> caretaker facility, a 7,000 square foot production and barrel storage <br /> building, and a 1,200 square foot maintenance shop. Phase Three <br /> includes the construction of a 10,000 square foot production building. <br /> Phase Four includes the construction of a 8,750 square foot wine tank <br /> storage building. Thirty marketing events per year are proposed with a <br /> maximum attendance of 150 people per event. The project site is located <br /> on the west side of Davis Road, 1500 feet south of Turner Road, west of <br /> Lodi (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Negative Declaration has been prepared forthe project. <br /> • The Public is Welcome to Address the Planning Commission on Items of Interest to the <br /> Public That Are Not Listed on the Agenda.
