USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO.PA-1100168 OF KOSTAS FOTI& MH DIMITRA KAPINIARIS(C/O DELTA BUILDINGS INC.) A Use Permit application for a large winery to be built in four phases over fifteen years with 30 F. marketing events and 4 special events per year for a maximum of 150 people per event. Phase one to contain the construction of a 6,000 square foot wine case production building and 4,800 square foot wine tasting building with restrooms, covered patio, storage area and kitchen.Kitchen will be only used for marketing events. Phase two to contain the construction of a 6,000 square foot office,lab, kitchen,and caretaker facility and a 7,000 square foot production and barrel storage room. Phase three to contain the construction of a 10,000 square foot production building. Phase four to contain the construction of a 8,750 square foot wine tank storage building. A Use Permit application for the expansion of an existing solid waste / processing and recycling facility from 39.2 acres to 51.7 acres in two phases over twenty years with a maximum of 1,727 vehicles per day at final build out. Phase 1 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,000(tpd)to 1,800(tpd)within ten years and '914 Phase 2 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,800(tpd)to 2,500(tpd)within twenty years. The project will employ 160 persons and operate 24 hours a day seven (7)days a week. All outdoor processing activities will not begin before 6:00 a.m.and J will not operate after 10:00 p.m.on site activities to include vehicle maintenance, equipment storage and truck parking,construction and demolition of inert debris (cdi),processing wood waste grindings,appliance recycling, and associated waste Q p- ;ll�C, j <� handling activates. Proposed site improvements will include: (1)the addition of 19,200 square feet to the existing 57,200 square foot material recovery facility and transfer station building.(2)addition of 10,500 square feet to the existing maintenance and administration building. (3)construction of a one(1)maga-watt wood waste bio-mass gasification unit for on-site energy use only,the project site is not under a Williamson Act contract.
