Mac4rMur Drive, Tracy, Callfornla 95377 <br /> on ensuring that the entry and driveway are free of debris and a clean <br /> appearance maintained. <br /> There is slatted chain link fencing surrounding accessible portions of the site to <br /> a screen the operation from the view of the public on the adjacent streets. A <br /> landscaped setback area consisting of living plant materials—a mix of shrubbery, <br /> turf, and trees is utilized to screen the facility. <br /> There are no scenic vistas or scenic highways visible from thero'ect site; nor is <br /> p 1 <br />' the facility visible from any nearby scenic vista or scenic highway. <br />{ <br /> Parking Areas <br /> There are three parking lot areas as shown on the site plan. Current employee <br /> and truck parking adjacent to the MRF & TS building is within the 8.4 acre <br /> composting operations area anticipated during permitting of the facility in 1993. <br /> As the composting operations area will be maximized to the full extent of the 8.4 <br /> i acres, the employee and truck parking areas will be relocated to the southern <br /> expansion area, as shown on the site plan. <br /> Electrics : <br /> Electricity is provided by the local power company. A biomass gasification unit is <br /> being proposed to use 40 TPD of processed clean wood waste to generate 1 <br /> mega-watt/hour of energy for on-site use.
