A Five- <br /> Year Review Report pursuant to Section 21675 of the California Code of Regulations <br /> was prepared by Local Enforcement Agency in February, 2002, and again in March <br /> 2007, defining no changes existing operations and without considering the expansion <br /> proposed herein. <br /> Compost Facility Information <br /> The operator will utilize three methods to process and compost feedstocks consisting of <br /> green waste and food waste. These methods have been evaluated and proposed in <br /> order to manage material in the most responsible and efficient manner while providing <br /> demonstrated adequate environmental controls when performed as described in detail <br /> in this document.
