MacArthur Drive ended at the aqueduct; a residence was located on <br /> the adjacent property to the northwest.The parcel was planted in tall grasses and no obvious <br /> dumping was noted from either the MacArthur or Chrisman boundaries. One sign for a <br /> UNOCAL pipeline was noted at the end of MacArthur Drive,but no additional signs could <br /> be found and the location did not match the pipelines shown on the topographic maps;AGE <br /> has no information concerning this pipeline sign. <br /> • There were no obvious indications of stained soil or burned and distressed vegetation noted <br /> on Parcel 3. <br /> • There were no on-site water courcPS or on-site septic systems for any of the parcels. <br /> • There was no on-site chemical storage noted on any of the parcels. <br /> • AGE noted no evidence of the current or past use of ASTs,USTs or fill pipes for USTs on <br /> any of the parcels. <br /> There were no items of apparent environmental concern noted on the subject property at the time of <br /> the site visit except use of the subject property for agricultural purposes and the possibility of one <br /> or more petroleum hydrocarbon pipelines on or near the property.AGE has no direct knowledge that <br /> and subsurface contamination of the subject property has occurred. <br /> 8.0. SAMPLING AND RESULTS <br /> No sampling was done for this investigation. <br /> 9.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> We have performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the property located at <br /> APNs 253-150-04,05 &253-180-06 through 13,Proposed Parcels 1,2 and 3,Tracy,California,the <br /> subject property.
