If it appears <br /> likely that the CVRWQCB would regulate the agricultural drain discharge, <br /> then assurance that the discharge would be allowed must be documented <br /> prior to approval of the reclamation plan. <br /> M4.4.2.3 a)Beneficial reuse of sewage sludge shall be implemented to the Review of plan.
