PC: 3-7-91 <br /> ZR-91-9 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Zone Reclassification proposes to rezone approximately 28 acres <br /> from R1-8 (Residential; 8, 000-square-foot lots) to R1-U <br /> (Residential; 6, 000-square-foot lots) . <br /> The applicant' s original proposal was to rezone only the . 67-acre <br /> site. Staff is recommending that the area for rezoning be expanded <br /> to approximately 28 acres. This would encompass the entire area <br /> between Carroll Avenue on the west, Horner Avenue on the north, <br /> Del Mar Avenue on the east and Main Street on the south. <br /> The underlying project is a four-lot Minor Subdivision. <br /> -5- <br />
