Sft v
EMGEO
INCORPORATED
We observed the Haven Mobile Home Park and Marina to have twenty-seven mobile home
` trailers, one lounge, one boat ramp, one below ground pool, and one boat house. Approximately
10 feet south of the boat ramp, we observed three 500-gallon aboveground fuel storage tanks
` within a cosmetic fence enclosure. By opening the fence, we observed that these tanks were
placed on wood beams and the there appeared to be no stained soil under the tanks. By tapping
the sides of the tanks, we estimate that the tanks are presently empty. A gasoline pump is located
on a floating dock approximately 50 feet west of the tanks.
5.4 Adjoining Properties
No evidence of RECs was noted in association with the adjoining properties.
6.0 INTERVIEWS
We interviewed Mr. Ted Viss, Inspector for the 10`h District San Joaquin Agricultural
Commissioners Office (SJACO).
