• 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 23563, 23585, 23601, and 23669 South Manteca <br /> Road. According to Ashreen Ali, no records related to hazardous materials are <br /> on file (correspondence, June 30, 2016). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site addresses. The following seven permits <br /> were identified: <br /> • September 1999 permit for new domestic well at new house (23585). <br /> • October 1999 permit for new septic system at house. The permit indicates <br /> a 1,600-gallon tank and three 80-foot leach lines (23585). <br /> • November 2001 permit for new domestic well at new house (23601). <br /> • May 2002 permit for new septic system at house. The permit indicates a <br /> • 2,000-gallon tank and four 80-foot leach line (23601). <br /> • August 2002 permit for pump replacement at domestic well (23585). <br /> • July 2004 permit for new domestic well (at the nursery). Two existing <br /> wells are also depicted (23601). <br /> • April 2007 permit for new septic system at nursery. The permit indicates a <br /> 1,200-gallon tank and three 100-foot leach line (23563). <br /> These permits are included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> 7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH <br /> 7.1 EPA Databases <br /> The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated <br /> sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The <br /> SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, <br /> leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land <br /> disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br /> Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br /> DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> • permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> LOGE 1614 5 <br />
