2. DEPARTMENT QF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroact anent permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. Prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, the driveway approaches shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards CW-C12. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.5) <br /> c. Prior to issua°rice of any building permits, dedication to result in one-half of an 84-foot-wide right-of- <br /> way from the centerline of the westerly extension of Roth Road along the northerly property line of <br /> APN 191-256-14 shall be required. Dedication shall include a 30-foot by 30-foot snipe at the corner <br /> of Roth Road and Manthey Road. The processing fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> d. Prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy,the frontage improvements for the westerly <br /> extension of"` oth Road along the northerly property line of APN 191-250-14 shall be constructed in <br /> general conformance with the standards for a partial width 84-foot-wide-right-of-way Minor Arterial <br /> Street. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> e. Prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, the frontage improvements for Manthey Road shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for a 60-foot-wide right-of-way Local Commercial <br /> Street. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> f. Prior to issuance of any building permits,the applicant shall pay a fee of$320.00 to process a <br /> request to th ;.Board of Supervisors to establish a"No Parking"zone along the westerly extension of i <br /> Roth Road. : n the event that the"No Parking"zone is approved by the Board of Supervisors, the <br /> applicant shall pay a fee of$875.00 to furnish and install the"No Parking"zone signs/striping. <br /> I <br /> g. Prior to issu4ce of any building permits, the applicant shall pay the$2,500.00 cost for the County to <br /> install"Stop"-_signs and legends at the following intersections: <br /> 1 Roth Road South Manthey Road. <br /> ( } @ y <br /> (2) Roth Road @ 1-5 Southbound Ramps. <br /> (3) Roth Rood @ 1-5 Northbound Ramps. <br /> h. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall pay the$700.00 cost for the County to <br /> install"Pedestrian Crossing"signs and striped crosswalk legends at the following location: <br /> i <br /> (1) MantheyFRoad adjacent to the ori-site"Access'Road" intersection. <br /> i.
